Follow The Path Cardigan is an open-front, comfortable cardigan worked seamlessly and top-down in a simple lace rib pattern - great to wear with a summer dress or your favourite linen trousers.
The cardigan has an unusual construction: It starts with a panel that runs across the back, then stitches for the back and fronts are picked up from the panel. The fronts are worked diagonally, which creates a V-neck, without the need for neck shaping. The pattern gives you 2 sleeve length options: sleeveless, finished with 1x1 rib around the armholes, and long sleeves which can be modified to make sleeves of any length.
The pattern has its pullover version, Follow the Path Sweater.
